All improvements fully implemented
All required improvements identified in our CQC report have now been fully implemented. The inspector was assured by our comprehensive action plan.
Three of our five inspection categories were rated Good by the CQC — a direct reflection of the compassion and professionalism our team brings every single day.
Where the CQC identified areas for improvement in Safe and Well-led, we acted swiftly and decisively. Our action plan was presented to the inspector, who was fully assured that all required changes had been implemented. We are proud to say every single action has now been completed.
